Had to stop doing birds, been a long time since I felt this way

Thank you everyone, this morning still crap but a little improvement on yesterday, going to have a go at doing birds today, have dropped almost 4KG in about 3 weeks

Well I managed to do them although took a lot longer and found it hard going

Had to have some blood tests at hospital yesterday afternoon and not long ago my consultant rang to say my infection markers are very high and have to many white blood cells so this is probably down to what I have been going through of late so hopefully will now start a turn she told me to get an appointment with GP for some antibiotics, I laughed and said would you like to get me one as you will probably have more chance than me ridiculous trying to get into docs these days and getting worse
