Hey there Ilove - wow that's a very noble thing to do, so good for you!
Do you already have birds ? Do you have a loft and are you a member of any of the local clubs. Also be nice to know if you already have any experience keeping the birds
Not that any of that matters but just be nice to understand your position.
In any case, welcome to the site.

Well done to you Ilove. I also rehab birds of all kinds and usually get around 12 -15 a year so have every admiration for what you are doing.
With the over population of the peregrine and sparrow hawks, injured and damaged race birds are almost an every day occurance so be careful or you will soon be inundated.
I think logistics and costs will be a big problem in achieving what you are asking for on an open forum like this one and might suggest that you make an approach to some of the clubs in your immediate area where you will likely get more than enough birds. If you let us know where you are, I'm sure some of the members on here could give you some names of secretaries of clubs in your region.
Also, if you need any help with rehabbing and treatments for your birds, I along with everyone else on this site will be only too pleased to help.

How big is your aviary Ilove? Or how many birds do you think you can cater for comfortably.
If you would like a couple of birds to fly out out for yourself, I would happily breed you some.

My aviary is about 5ft by 4ft I think i could cater for 2 pairs inside my house and a pair outside id prefer not to have a pair to fly out purely because I get too attached
