Coming up to breeding season, good nutrition is needed when raising youngsters. Will you be adding any pellets into you feed, or will you buy a mixture that includes pellets?

You have access to very good pellets in the UK. I think the pellets available here, while perfectly good are possibly not as well formulated.
I have tried them in the past and saw no improvement in the youngsters at all.

Yes I use them but only when the birds are rearing but the adults don't always eat them.

I've always been a big fan of pellets not so much for breeding but definitely for young birds once weaned and especially if they get the dreaded young bird sickness

I've used them in the past, pigeon & chicken. I used to feed a mix with the BOS pellets in, but the birds ended up leaving them, so I no longer feed it.
I'm not a fan on using them to rear YBs. The young birds grow alright but when weaned are slow to eat proper grains. (ok for sickness as Wiley says)

A good quality mixture, with some P40 pellets i used for my breeding season. Youngsters thrived on them, and turned out to be very well grown. and ready to go through their development.
