Do you use a loft hoover Buster, and a mask in the loft?
No mate just brush and shovel, always wear a mask in fact I have 1 mask and set of clothes for morning when scraping out etc and another mask and set of clothes for pm when just going in lofts to close up for the night
Best way mate loft clothing so important, and the mask to go with it.Buster121 wrote: Thu Jun 25, 2026 11:10 amNo mate just brush and shovel, always wear a mask in fact I have 1 mask and set of clothes for morning when scraping out etc and another mask and set of clothes for pm when just going in lofts to close up for the night
By loft clothing I mean I use clothes only for the garden never in the house, i get out of them by the back door and wash then go shower, I do not want any dust, bloom etc coming indoors, as for masks I useTony-P- wrote: Thu Jun 25, 2026 12:19 pm When you say loft Clothing, should we be wearing something apart from normal gear.
What would be the best type of masks to get and be wearing for in the loft
I wear the same yes but it does get washed regularly, I think it does because when something wears out and I change it I do notice a difference with the birds being bit timid for a whileTony-P- wrote: Thu Jun 25, 2026 12:57 pm Thanks for the info on this, I know its to protect you which is good, but do you always wear the same gear does this help with the birds to recognise you and feel at ease
