Hope she works back in m8, not a nice feeling when this happens.
We all run the gauntlet every time we train or race that's how it is unfortunately.

Definitely become very hard to do things with pigeons that we took for granted years ago

Can I ask Neil would you stop her or put her in your stock loft to be retained m8.
Glad you got her back, it's a horrible feeling waiting & not nowing.

If it's only a few feathers missing and not any skin damage I'd keep racing her Neil. Glad you got her back, bet your face had a smile when she dropped in late :D

King, again, I am only asking and not questioning -
if you send a bird with feathers missing, is it a possibility that Bop would see that as a weakness and single the bird out.
I have 2 here that have been lucky and got away with a few feathers missing but I am waiting for the feathers to grow back before sending them again.
Is there any benefit to keeping them going?

How I look at it is would it be like running a 100mtr race with only 1 track shoe on & bare foot the other, what I'm trying to say would missing feathers affect the arodinamic of the pigeon making it slower.
