Morning Tony, once you get some experience with ybs you'll find out reasonably quickly which pigeons have some intelligence I hope.
Those that stay out & don't listen well will get very hungry as won't be fed if they don't come in straight away when called, if they don't tow the line then I'm afraid they are candidates to be taken out as these will inevitably drag your team down.
Others may not agree with this but from my point of view a dicision has to be made.

Ya pal I'm very strict with yb because this birds dad passed away I give it extra chance its first 10 tosses single up went smooth but a communal trainer and a go on fed lorry both times went wrong but homed in they was good days getting like 70 percent together so shouldn't of gone wrong ,1st toss this Yr went wrong I was patient never tossed him again never sent him first race 2nd toss he was late again so he was removed from team .

yes I can see what your saying now your in the sport to race pigeons and get them trapped as quickly as possible so I can understand you can't have poor birds in your loft
