Trapping

Hi this is one thing i never seem to get quite write the birds trap reasonably well but i saw a video the other week were the young were fighting each other to get in the loft about 20 in total so any information or methods would help cheers jack

I don't know Jack I have bright landing boards when closed they must fly soon as board is dropped they must be in loft ,mine old or young hit that hard you think they hurt there self ,I don't use droppers or anything but birds finish hard pal ,,I do wonder if its where I cull any bird that goes on neighbours roof or does laps of honour race day 3 times may be me culling these birds for years as give me a family of fast trappers

Tried this with ybs this year after Neil said to try it, worked well it's just repeating this for a few day's, they soon get what they have to do.

Good trap training pal you got any of them coming straight out the sky from training or racing,,
I see a video this Yr of Brian Hawes he's cock was straight as a arrow straight passed him through open door and landed straight on ets pad was just perfect.

Thanks Worm for that. Is that practice or food i saw a video of dave shaws diving out of the sky in to the loft like yours i cant get mine to come in like that cheers jack

start day one after weaning lock out and they want in and get faster everyday

there older clips and had loads better over last few years but its hard being so close to next door that they cock each other up early doors where his go past mine and pull ours and mine pull away from his and pull his and both lots ybs follow each other with much frustration after all you done there great then training on wagon they come together and turn into puppets lol but the more training together they work it out
