I must admit that I wasn’t a fan of ETS when it was approved for use by members of the RPRA initially because Council were mandated to refuse its use but capitulated when faced with the threat of action under the equality act rather than stand their ground and argue the case however that’s history I guess.
I said at the time that the clock manufacturers would want their pound of flesh by way of consumables, rings, servicing etc and I believe that has come to pass.
I think the big concern now is that with a diminishing market some makers will either cease to trade or increase prices even further.
