Jelle Jellema clocked 5 birds at 771 miles. first prov 8th open. others all in first 51.

Yep seen that after a couple of slightly quieter Barcelonas by his own exceptionally high standards he's back with a bang this year.

I'm guessing that most of you watch the pipa 'radar'
as the race unfolds.
As with the Pau and Agen international races, does anyone think it strange that with that amount of birds gathering on the French coast - why none of the UK contingent cross over that little bit of channel into Kent.?

How true when they say the distance is a leveller.
The 1st four into the UK are to 4 different sections.
