Have they !! Interesting, is that due to weather on route and at the home end ??
I see the National Flying Club have held over in France too, our Combine at Hexham are going to make a decision at 10, as the weather is clearing along the flight path.

It's a lovely morning down here on the South Coast, a very light South west Wind so it should be a steady race
