Most of us have always poo-pood the effects of solar activity but here it is affecting millions of ppl, wiping out communications, destroying the electrical network and stopping trains and generally causing havoc over 2 seperate countries.
Might need to start taking it a bit more seriously from now on.

I agree Dave, I think the atmospheric activity is causing all sorts of problems, it's the reasons for it that I'm not convinced about !!
Are race control team will certainly be looking into solar activity, especially during August, when considering liberations after the disaster we had from one youngbird race last year, that was put down to solar flares.

Yea, well, I'm a sceptic, and take all of that with a generous grain of salt.
Spain and Portugal, but not France? Why?
