In the morning Lier market and in the afternoon to the breeding station Natural or the bird market in Antwerp . It was always at this time of the year or a little earlier and how much many looked forward to it. It will never come back.
Did you also have a drink on the terrace last Friday? Exactly 40 years ago the Elfstedentocht took place. In the meantime even the greatest optimists have given up.
