I think its hard for me to answer without a timeframe but i probaly would have to agree on the olympiade 003 an absolute super breeder.
Id also have to tip my hat to van den bulck tho i think his impact the past 10-15 years comming from Goede rode x Olympic Rosita is also not to overlook in my opinion

I can't really say as I don't go back as far as you lads but I wonder if you would put G. Busschaert in that frame.....?
In particular as his influence was mainly on British fanciers.

Just out of Curiosity is it correct that in the UK that most of the time or all of them time when they talk about for example on that picture of the bird "90" 5x1 they also consider 1st in club in there? i noticed on alot of pedigrees of my pitbull 777 pigeons that they list alot of 1sts against very low numbers of pigeons like 90-200 maybe even less. Just curious what actually gets considered as a 1.st price in the UK because over here club level is not considered so basically all the 1.st prices in germany are Combine level or higher.

Some clubs can send 500 + pigeons

All depends
Yeah i get that. Was just curious because for us club level doesn't count. otherwise id probaly be sitting on more then 3x1st in my 3 years

What do you mean Leon 3 x 1st uk club wins in 3 years ? Or combines
3 club wins here in 3 years is a disaster 3 combine wins is excellent
I have 3x combine wins in 16 races over the 3 years mate. If id count in club 1st aswell id be at 9x1st club and 3x1st combine

NeilA wrote: Wed Jan 08, 2025 5:28 pm 3 combine wins are excellent but do you fly a combine each week ?
In my area we fly 4 a year
Every race in germany is atleast a combine race. But since i only raced youngbirds up to this year and there is only 5-6 youngbird races each season i only participated in 16 total so far. But in general Youngbird and Old combined we have atleast 16-17 Races a year on a combine level And higher.

NeilA wrote: Wed Jan 08, 2025 5:35 pm I see Leon so you fly ybs only in the past that’s very good good results how big is your radius how many birds is your combine
Dont know the exact radius but id say first youngbird race of the season about 1300 pigeons raced give or take. We just got 5 new members this year in our combine so it got a little bump up in numbers which is good.
