RPRA make transfers harder for Non-RPRA members

I've noticed on the RPRA auto-transfer system that you can now only use the system if you are an RPRA member. The only way a non-RPRA member can now transfer an RPRA ring is by post. And the charge has shot up too £5, yes FIVE pounds per sheet (up to 6 birds)
So if you are a member of another UK Union and buy or are gifted a RPRA rung bird it will cost you £5 if you want to race it.

Ask the RPRA member to transfer them to the non member
