The Roadrunner and Trillian Baby hatched babies a couple of days ago. Strong, vigorous youngsters.
The first round were smaller when they hatched and while they grew okay, they were not the sort of youngsters I was really happy with. The other first round were a bit like that too. Some were great, terrific, but others were a bit more average. This round are all very nice.
Maybe it was because the pigeons are very settled and happy now?
What are your thoughts?
Why are some rounds better than others.

very good Murray some will soon have them out here
I would have to agree Murray, settled birds will rear very good youngsters. Feeding the youngsters well and being in good condition themselves also helps. Well done mate.Murray wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2024 11:51 pm The Roadrunner and Trillian Baby hatched babies a couple of days ago. Strong, vigorous youngsters.
