Has anyone got a cheap way of making up a loft white pleaase. They want 34 quid a tub at donny show!!!
Im not worried about it smelling nice or the disinfecting element, the misty damp mornings make the floors a bit smeary when scraping out.

go local farm supply's and buy bedding disinfectant powder in 25kg bags loads cheaper and same stuff as respo San dry as they make it for him trust me and fraction of the cost

I use limestone flour 25kg bags around a tenner

That’s same I believe as my calcium carbonate I think but may be wrong
Hard to get here now compared to a few years back

The farm I use tends to have difficulty getting it during the winter months but I stock up well before

No you are correct, I keep saying I am going to put some peppermint oil in a tub of mine and see how it goes see if it freshens loft up, will get to it one day

That's the truth, Dave.
Pink mineral powder, which is really mainly calcium powder with some iron and vitamin/ minerals added, in a small bucket with a picture of a pigeon on it, hell of a price

Last bag of pink I purchased was around £25 that was maybe 4 or 5 years ago could be longer but expensive as you say

Never worked against them here as we are over run with them, i even use cotton wool balls soaked in it and throw under all sheds, waste of time and money I think, I grow mint, lavender and eucalyptus around lofts still they come

Yes but strength has been reduced unless you take a course and get certificate, I spend £30 on blocks every month
