I'm afraid I never had an ounce of trouble
If I bird was good to me it was treated with respect and it wanted for nothing. It was treated like royalty - the best of everything.
The moment that wasn't the case, something else had the box instead
To progress in a competitive world its the only way

Its just how I am
Pigeons aren’t pets
I’m a dog lover. I’m 54 and had dogs all my life
Dogs are my ‘pets’ but pigeons are something to be competitive about
Its the same as when a dog has to be put to rest. Christ thats not easy but I always put the dog before me

The hard decision has been made then George. ‘You must cut down’
As you don’t race yourself my best advice would be ‘follow your instincts’ with which to move on
