The English football league set up also doesn't help, as Andy said, we should reduce the amount of foreign players allowed per team, and they need more/longer international breaks so that the squad has more playing time before the big tournaments, but unfortunately it's all down to money once again.
As far as the next Manager goes, I personally don't agree with foreigners managing the National team, I know none of you will agree but I'd like to see Lee Carsley given a chance, yes he hasn't managed at top level but he has managed youth teams for years so knows the young talent that is available.
