Lack of training, birds not in good health due to some kind of virus in the loft. Overall birds were not prepared well to carry our their tasks needed. The health of the birds are paramount to perform.

In some cases yes they may have been involved in a smash of birds, bad weather. Or yes struck by a Bop,
Yes to lose 3 fed winners in 3 races must be bad management on my part from 100 miles particularly the one with 1-4-5 fed in his last 6 races I must really have managed him bad could never be peregrine could it
How’s your racing going this season any losses of your winners ?
Neil, i am not using this towards individuals. How many times at the marking station, have you seen birds already gone through. And they dont look right, watery droppings, or just dont look right. These birds are in the basket for up to 14 hours, Maybe longer on holdover. With other members birds, i am just pointing out there are other reasons.

The subject was based my losses due to our new race points

I’m cool at understanding when a pigeon is healthy or not my pigeons went to the race fit to win . They fly a hour each night every gram of food is measured so they are healthy not all winners but kept to win . Any yearling without 3 top 3pc performance in 10 races is killed so to be a two year they have to do a bit so to be 3 old pigeons down at 83 miles when I haven’t been
lower than 6th fed the first two races this year is nothing to do with bad management
Even Saturday my ets failed I lost 3 mins and still crept in the bottom of the fed result so there not ill, sick , not fit
To me 3 good ones missing 2 yearlings missing 3 in the shed with secondary flights missing all from 3 Saturdays what do you think is the reason Devo for these kind of incidents

Well Niel, these are unexplained incidents, we look after our birds and giving them the best duty of care. We then enter them in races after training them, also giving the best nutrition that is needed for the bird to show its true ability. After we put birds through at marking station, it is beyound our control. We then sit waiting for the birds to return, what goes on in the birds flying time on the way home. We will never know. this is my views.

That’s your view so fair enough

Neil, because of health problems. I can not keep birds anymore. But any loss of a bird is a great loss for those concerned, and i do understand So i will leave my points at that. Like many others we are sorry for your loss.
