Andy wrote: Thu Nov 24, 2022 10:16 pm The strange thing I have after having 4 doses of vaccine and covid a year ago is that I wear an Apple Watch most of the time. Since having had covid sometimes overnight and sometimes during the evenings if just sitting relaxing I get a warning from my watch that my heart rate had dropped below 40 beats per minute for 10 minutes. Never had it before having covid. Goes as low as 35 beats. My heart rate is normally quite low at an average of 58, possibly due to swimming and playing water polo when younger.
Really strange how it continues to affect people, I still have the covid tongue even this week had some gel off doc to try and treat it as up to yet nothing has worked soon be nothing left to try

However I look in the mirror and it's scary. Face is gaunt and my eyes look very tired. It's given me a bit of a hammering.

At least I am not shuffling around bent over like a half shut pocket knife.

Got the boxes out on the table and I am about to give the big youngsters some hamper practice for the first time. Oh how quickly they grow!
Good to see you getting there mate, yes they do grow quickly
