How much of the thick bleach is added per litre

Thanks for that. I know a vet told an old friend to use bleach when he had young bird sickness years ago. But could not remember the doseage.

Thin bleach 5ml per litre
Thick bleach 5ml per 5 litres
That's dose I use here.

Morning Neil, I think you've answered your own question, looking or trying different things for an edge, sometimes they work other times it's a backward step but at least you try.
Yes I think your tried & tested regime works for you so just keep doing what your doing well, your results show that your on the right path m8 know need to over complicate things.

Iv tried all ways n they all work I find tho if the moult is perfect and your motivated then you win plenty if ya going through the motions and not as bothered if you win or not birds come ok but you be beaten by a motivated flyer ,,don't think system matters think it's about us and the preparation we put in is absolutely perfect.

Your right Anthony 100 per cent when mum got ill going into winter of 2023/2024 I had a couple of fed wins in 24 with old birds early on but then I was just not doing things to time no routine , peregrines were also hitting me every week but mostly in my own head I couldn’t be arsed
I sent to Berwick when I shouldn’t have I had 2nd/ 4th 9th combine my 3 previous attempts then in 2024 I was something like 52nd pretty poor and I new it before I even marked them I was wasting my time
I stopped after that as like you say my effort / motivation wasn’t there and there are people always highly motivated and ready

Ya pal iv been through that exact thing ,,what I had was I enjoyed watching them at home but my competivness was missing ,also went through a patch where I didn't want to cull and also went through a patch where I was very easy on the birds ,all daft things going through my head after my dad passed ,got my head straightened out now thinking correctly but definitely went through a funny spell.

Should we give it year round Mike or will it have more impact just giving it during the racing season.
Do you change it daily or just leave the same lot in front of em for 7 days.
