Police are saying it is not a terrorist attack, but they are saying 27 people taken to hospital for treatment. Not very nice Murray and yes put a dampner on the day.

No, the police won't say that :?, they are under instructions. But if someone ploughs into a crowd in a van, it's a terror attack. Pretty simple.
