Will she be any good....

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

I have done the opposite to try to help
I have put my exact feeding methods on that won me 80 club first 30 fed first in 118 races
I don’t think many would tell others to the gram what they did or daily routines
Yesterday I put my medication schedule on as I was asked
I also recently told a member what I would do to get his birds flying with zip

I could sit and say nothing

I have no knowledge of distance racing I know Strve and goose are very good at it so I ask there opinions
I know Anthony and Mike are ace sprint lofts so I ask there opinions to help me

I have helped a novice this week I help 4 others not on this site with feeding one of which was 1st combine last week

So I’m definitely not pissing on serial losers I’m trying to help
I noticed your pre season prep was awful so i mentioned maybe you should step that up
Reason being I know for a fact mark bulleds tarbes pigeons were flying a hour when yours were doing two spins. Steve’s on big youngsters were doing 45 min
I’m cool with you being happy to be a couple of days behind I don’t understand but it doesn’t bother me

My thing against distance racing is people genuinely love it and are ace
Brilliant fanciers others are smashed each week at the fed so think I will send to a couple of races a year as I’m fed up with this I will become a distance racer then get smashed there but fall back on that bird flew 500 miles
I actually think it’s cruel sending a pigeon not prepared correctly
I’m not saying that’s you but I have seen it from others

I can make it easier not to upset members by not trying to help that’s cool with me
One thing I do know when I first started at 12 years old no one helped me I didn’t win a race for 3 years we had no internet then either to learn
It wasn’t to I met Osher Rowley i understood routine fitness and widowhood he showed me control
Now this man had just won two car noms in 2 years into London against 10,000 birds
Without his help and at times savage advice I might not have had the luck I have had ,so I spent 4 years as a kid getting smashed to he took me into his conference
Between the age of 18 and 21 I had 51 club first all down to him teaching me where others would have let me drop out the sport

I thought that was what this form was about helping each other

You take things like they are directed at you . I really don’t think they are
OMG Neil, there is absolutely no need for anyone on here to defend anything they say or do from any of my posts
I am the biggest recipient of all that knowledge and experience you have kindly and freely passed on. The last thing I want is for anyone to do is stop doing that.
I certainly don't take things like they are directed at me just merely stating that this site is bias3d toward winning at sprint and no consideration is given to how people want to enjoy the sport/hobby and that is fact.
I'm certainly not look8ng to fall out with anyone Neil and apologise if my comments have offended anyone.

Really Neil ? I didn't have you down as that sort of person.
I really don't understand where this thread has gone so wrong in such a short space of time from just saying what you think.

I appreciate that everyone wether it be sprinting or distance racing some will be more successful than others in work & in sport / hobbies.
I've taken on board what people have said for me to try & improve from them on a regular basis & they've been kind enough to tell me what I'm doing wrong & at every point have always been supportive.
I just want to race sprinting, I'm not into long distance racing it's not my thing but I would never put anyone down for trying to strive to be better at the distance.
What I would like to say is this topic has run it's course we don't want to have a falling out wether it's sprinting or distance flying.
Everyone is entitled to there opinion, for the good of the forum moving forward would it be best if this topic was closed or blocked & just move on please.
