Not too bad thanks mate, a bit bruised and sore but that's only to be expected
I'm already getting restless as I can't do too much but at the moment the discomfort is holding me back, it's when that's gone I really need to be careful !!!

Keep resting and taking things easy soon be over mate then you will be wishing you could slow down for a rest, good going well mate

I did have a build up of fluid which he drew off but that is apparently quite usual.

Says me, who was a jockey, and the only issue with any injury was how much pain medication do you need to keep going??
