Yes Penalty and if he is the last man and the striker has a chance to score then it's a red card all day.
VAR not fit for use, well saying that its not VAR it's the people looking through VAR eyes there poor on their decision making, as always.

Think they knew they were through and took the foot of the gas, plus the manager made a load of subs
almost at the last 32 now that's when it'll start getting interesting

Good game to watch Dev but it was a bit of a surprise to see them going 2 down anyway.
