Yea, had a lovely break away with the Wife celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary
Got a mountain of stuff to get through mind, but i'm on 12 hr nights tonight so by the time I go to bed @ 8am in the morning I'll "hopefully" be all caught up

No point hitting me with that on the week of the first race, I need several weeks to ensure what's been done
The above tip about the water aint gonna make a blind bit of difference if a team of pigeons aren't going into the race in the peak of health, fitness, form and motivation - but can you get another yard? I believe so, and some races are won on fine margins
