Feed morning and night. If you have the time sit in with them while they feed. Some will very soon start taking food from your hand. When they start going to the drinkers stop feeding.

Just until they start going to the drinkers. No set amount. Some will eat faster than others. They are growing and learning don’t be too tight on them at this stage.

Thanks Jack, were very close to next-door and at the back so don't want to upset them to much I'll have to try the corn in a tin for no mate

Well I have been and picked up 9 Y/Bs today and they are cracking birds very tame in the hand
mostly blue bar but there is one pied and two Grizzels which are next mates, they took my eye straight away
I fitted easy clean perches so they are in in and settled on the perches.
I have shown them the water dipping their beaks
The fella has told me at the moment only to do One feed a day when I get in from work and to sit in there and for me to feed and play with them so they get use to me
Feed them until the drink the water then stop feeding.

Yes picked them up today, was made up when I seen the 2 Grizzels in with them I do like the coloured pigeons I know that doesn't make the bird a winner but there great to have in the loft and hopefully they do well for me mate
