As I like a low PH seems a good thing to use as it’s made for the poultry industry
Works out very cheap
Yeah and the fact your using it is another good endorsement of the product. One thing I have noticed is mine are reluctant to drink it. Have you noticed this? Obviously not a big problem this time of year but would definitely put me off in the racing season

Seemed about the right amount for the time of year I wonder if it’s because it’s in mine every day so they kind of got no choice
I got a bit paranoid that my droppings were a little smaller . I sent them to Mike and he said there fine and another two pals said they were great
I will monitor that though
I should really poor the left over water into my measuring jug on the days I use it compared to the iodine day
Can I ask you Neil do you think the droppings reduced in size while on this that the water intake is lower because of the dosage rate & maybe although you've said they have it every day, so what I'm trying to get across if the water intake is a lot lower than normal maybe it's bitter to taste.
Would you worry when racing that maybe on this that dehydration would become an issue, or do you think you might have to have a weaker dose not so strong in moving forward.

Do you think you've got the dosage right?
I wrote on another thread about my birds not taking Blitzform properly but instinct says I was maybe giving it a bit too strong

With Quill Boost give it a whirl for a prolonged period of time, and if necessary slightly weaken the dose to start with
At this time of year you'll do little damage (in real terms) as opposed to experimenting in the race season
I'm using it exactly as it says on bottle Mike. As you know me and supplements aren't the best of friends so I treble check everything before I give them anything  I have slightly reduced the dose from this afternoon. When I say slightly it isn't even 0.5 of a ml I've come down by but I can start there and reduce again if still feel they aren't taking in the same amount of water. Neil could be right it's just maybe because his are getting it every day and so are use with it. I do need to PH test the water at the new location too. I am going to use it for 10 days straight now and have a look at the team after that.

I’m using Providone iodine 7.5pc as I can’t get 10pc at the moment the one for surgical cleaning and wounds end things
500ml for about £16/17 comes in a square shape bottle
As mine is weaker I put 12.5ml to my 10 litre can
Neil here's some 10% https://www.thevetstore.net/shop/vetase ... Q3snqTqVU7

Can I just say droppings don't have much to do with what's in water ,,drink less the smaller the droppings drink more the damper the droppings the white cap on droppings gers bigger the more acid in water .
Pigeon lads look at droppings like there important but if droppings don't stick to scraper there's not much up really,
Like us eat a KFC you fill fine but you shxx different to home cooked food ,,
A dog feed it a hare you get best stoll ever feed in biscuits and tin meat it's not as good but dog is fine ,
Back to pigeons feed em barley you can brush the droppings in the bucket feed em fats you have to scrape loft ,,droppings is what there eating not what there drinking,,we don't get shixs when we change from tea to tin of coke or tin of red bull ,,same as horse he's a grain eater give them a mix of chaff n sugar beet he be calm chuck a cup of oats in mix he buck n fart n be full of life ,
What pigeons drink don't really change the poo other than white cap on top ,,
Me my pal laugh because birds on 100 percent barley have best poo ever fly 1 hour easy we go on to race food n supplements and have to scrape loft out n for first 3 weeks until they adjust don't fly as high as they did on barley n 45 mins of exercise I think they run hot for a few minutes until body adjusts ,,where on barley the body don't run hot loft flying.

I prefer to look at the animal it's self ,,if there bouncing n flapping wings with excitement as you go to loft there fine I have running dogs here of equal quality some will empty 3 times aday some 6 to 7 times aday both in perfect health both running great but just different so I look at the animal not really it's droppings unless there alarming.
