Mike no one is doubting your racing and breeding records, and yes you have given good advice to members on the site. Every topic that members put up is there to help others, or should I say should be.

But I really don't understand the part of being spoken down to you, the point is the site is here to help each other. And other new members and starters in the sport.

But if I am wrong please let me know.

I can't tell you how good the site is for me, with all you aces giving me brilliant advice.
And what I like most is that its freely given in a friendly and helpful way and while not many of us know each other a bit of friendly banter has got to be good for the site and for most ppls frame of mind as long as nobody takes it too seriously.

Nobody is speaking down to anyone as far as I can see and yes you have got a brilliant record but people are allowed to do there own thing and say and feel what they want without making it look like personal attacks

And that is how it should be, helping everyone and anyone, end of day we all wish to achieve and do better, some friendly banter comes over as a personal attack on someone elses ways and is not nice at all

Well all i can say, this topic started out to point out to members. More about observation of your birds, but it turns out. There is a lot more we can learn, in the way we make comments. That other members may use in a different manner than what was set out to be. Communication can be seen in different ways. and also can be mis-leading.

Communication ? In the 1st world war communication played a big part. The message started was, send reinforcements we are going to advance, by the time it was passed down the line. The message was, send three and forpence were going to a dance.

Lets just keep the flow of our replies in topics meaningful, so all enjoy.
