Hi All. This is Leslie from Brighton. Been awol since the pandemic. I saw a Mr & Mrs Hodges is 2nd in the latest BBC result and i thought of this site. I have been homing all season with the Sussex North Road with my long distance birds. I really need to get some speed into my family of birds! Been NEast wind every week, which is a killer for Brighton and anyone east of me. Looking forward to the last three races... Hexham 296 Perth 410 and Elgin 489. Good luck to all on here.

Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud

Welcome back Leslie. Great to see you on again.
Gary and Prilly Hodges are very good flyers. They are no relation to us but live only a few miles from me and race in the same club as me. I now race in the Glastonbury club flying in the West of England South Road Combine. I too am having issues with my birds not being fast enough at present. I think I need to change my system for next year.
Good luck in your longest races.
