Been a dry reasonably bright day this morning with some light cloud and sunny intervals. Now up to 17c.

We got some rain alright. 
I tipped 90 mm out of the gauge this morning, and 11 hours latter I just tipped another 80 mm out.
That's 150 mm or about 6 inches of rain in 24 hours.
Good, soaking rain.
There has been some local flooding and a few idiots have had to be rescued, but it's a 5 or 10 year event, not a 100 year event, as the warmists were hoping it would be.
Disappointing for the poor wee souls, but there you go.

Cloudy but dry this morning. Yesterday was a nice day in the end.quite a bit of sun and mild.
