Andy , weather plays a mayor part in race time ,the last 40 years times have changed ,what we did in yards per min ,we do in metres ,but in saying that the birds are not consident ,our old Jurion family ,love 900 to 1000 metres ,,but we rarely get those days ,cheers

Murray Dave’s a legion in your part ,seek him out & see if he as changed with the times ,I know his distance birds are second to none ,not ,sure if he as gone down the Euro path,

Sad ,May be he lost patients in you ,anyway he gets the job done ,you can’t beat experience ,remember Mate you must learn to abdapt ,feeding is one of those thinks hope you don’t take a fence ,only trying to help you ,

Best of luck ,but to do well ,you need local advise ,I needed it when I move here 30 years ago ,then I adapted it & mixed it a bit ,my old ways at which we were good at ,took a back seat ,pride is one thing ,results are another ,cheers

Not easy being the new boy on the block ,but it’s best to listen than tell them what happened before coming to the club ,had a childhood pigeon mate ring me to day ,he raced in Hobart ,Melbourne , then yes. Bendigo ,have a look on the honar board ,he won his share ,unlike you he took his family of birds there ,it took him 12 months ,he learned from Harold ,David’s dad ,seems Rick as the best of them a brother ,if you need some advice I’ll hook you up, remember local knowledge is golden ,

Thanks Murray, when I raced I used to feed a farm all rounder they call it a widowhood mix but to me was an all rounder

Seems I know more people living in your Town than you ,lol.
Yes he kept back 14 birds back hoping to start again ,what’s his birds like ,,I know his health is bad ,but what his his pigeons like ,
