No mate ,all I need is a spread wing held 90 degrees to the body ,yes to get a true indication of bird body ,keel back I would agree must handle ,as I said beauty is skin deep ,so I’ll do my best ,may be in future ,have a race section for birds that have raced ,then a beauty section ,also cocks & hens of the same colour ,,just a suggestion ,cheers

Understand about what your saying ,I have trouble my self with photos ,but to judge on looks alone ,is getting away from proformance birds ,let’s face it we are all race men ,compère showing to looking at 2 brand new houses sitting on a hilll ,one with furniture ,the other nothing , which one would you take ,lol cheer any way let’s have fun with this show, when I was a lad back in the 50s ,it was nothing to go to a show ,let’s say cocks BB’s only with over 300 birds penned ,

Ps if you ran shows this way at the end of the year ,you would bring all class winners hens & cocks & have 2 champions ,then bring those 2 together for champion of champions ,just my thoughts on showing ,

Just a quick question, In the old bird classes, are the pigeons meant to be old pigeons that raced in the last season, or maybe two seasons?
Or is the class inclusive of pigeons which are, simply, old.
Just wondering.
Usually any age as an old bird is just that, never known any show having a age restriction on birds excepting young and old
