how much am I feeding these Y/Bs morning and night or just one feed "Thanks"

I wouldn’t worry about any bedding. Just scrape them out twice a day before you feed them and as Danny says keep the time consistent and call them in the way you will later do to trap them.
I just call mine with com-on. I have whistled in the past but this can be annoying for neighbours if close by as mine are. If whistling I would recommend buying a whistle to use. This is because if for any reason someone else has to get them in they can use the same whistle.

Feed morning and night. If you have the time sit in with them while they feed. Some will very soon start taking food from your hand. When they start going to the drinkers stop feeding.

You've had all the good advice, Tony. It'll be like a kid with a new puppy for a few days, you won't be able to stay away from them.
The best tool you've got is your scraper, as you wander around scraping and talking to them you are making a bond with them.
I'm dead pleased for you mate, enjoy it.
