Yes. don't know what the reason is Dev. I know they have been used by some bicc members in their national races but there is s note on the website that the organisers of the internationals are not allowing them.
(Think that might be "entente belg")

I have now seen the full result for the Lerwick race and not only did Daniel S Brown win 1st Open he was also 2nd & 7th open brilliant flying from such a hard race point, congratulations once again, hope some more join in and congratulate such a performance

Brilliant result and looked a very good race although the wind was certainly a helping one.
