Does anyone on here have any experience of being inside a restricted zone?

I'm in a restricted zone. Mine aren't going out yet, so doesn't affect me. Local lads just loft fly as normal (supposed to be 1 hour) but nobody's checking and if they fly longer what difference would it make? The local wild birds are still around 24/7
The restrictions are more aimed at stopping training (birds leaving the area) but again the wild birds are still doing just that.
