Never had a problem with Yakult in the water, it did my youngsters well in breeding period. They also had it through growth.

Was it the yakult or just healthy pigeons

I used it on the corn must be 12-13 years ago but Shane Langton told me not to bother so when he kind of told me I obviously listened
But who was right , I haven’t a clue

I am keen on the garlic and cider vinegar and chopped vegetables for the pigeons. Now I have a good veggie garden I am giving them both almost every second day.
I also squeeze a fish oil capsule on the feed two or three times a week.
The birds certainly look well.
Greetings from the land down under. :D

At one time I use to blitz the veg and stick it in ice cube bags to get around the seasons

I would say i could not argue with that fact Neil, i agree other people use things that keep their birds healthy. It was a pointer that at whatever i was doing or using it did my birds well.
I could say, it did not make them any faster. but the droppings were always healthy. So i was happy using Yakult.
