I remember giving it to Bobby Dazzler 5 days before basketing for the NMCC Yelverton - I thought I'd killed her

She won that 190 mls race by 9 min 59 secs and was fastest out of all the libs at Yelverton that day

Used it today
Some seemed ok for a bit the started to suffer others I had to check they had it as no issues
Some looked like I killed them
But all look fine now

You could use it every 3 weeks if you liked without harming them

I used to have a bit of a rotation system going on, along wirh bombing them

I wouldn't Nazaline weekly, but you could do it fortnightly if you wanted - especially if a headwind

3 weeks is about right
