Todays weather.
I showed that post to Catherine, and she laughed

About 15 years ago, before climate change was invented, I can remember being at the racing stables at 5 am, and because it was 30 degrees, we just took the saddles off the horses and put them away. You cannot train horses in that kind of heat.
That was back when we regularly had a whole week of temperatures between 35c and 45c.
I can remember posting on here that I was waiting for the temperature to drop below 100 degrees, or 37c, so I could let them out. It was often too hot to let them out.
These days, we seldom get temperatures over 35c.
So, we don't know how the politicians can change the weather, although they insist they can, but where I live, they are doing a terrific job. Every year the climate gets better and better.

Greetings from the land down under.

I don’t know what it’s like over there Murrray but the biggest problem here is not so much the heat but the very high humidity that goes with it.Murray wrote: ↑Fri Jun 16, 2023 9:44 amI showed that post to Catherine, and she laughed![]()
