I need to know by the 14th February anyone who wishes some free youngsters, with the amount wanted and rough idea as to when you would like me to let them start laying, no matter when you require them I still need to know by the 14th as I will not be breeding all year and will only breed to order if you change your mind after ordering please give me notice as last year I bred for people who never collected after and I ended up with birds not wanted or needed

I have decided this year to try some from birds from Devo now these will be sons, daughters or birds direct from him some have paired with mine so will be Devo X mine

Trev if you still want any will try and get some reds for you but cannot promise as none of the cocks are paired yet

Remember folks it is you responsibility to either collect or arrange courier not mine

Over the weekend I opened 10 pipo boxes into nest boxes something I don't normally do as they breed in single pipos usually but as I only intend to breed from about 12 pairs it should sort the arguing and fighting out before they go down

Most of mine are settled into their boxes but it has been a game getting a couple of pairs sorted as some cocks just think they are entitled to more than one box I've shut one more pair into the last available nest box this evening, the cock bird that thinks this box is his is now feeding a baby so I'm hoping he might give up on the 2nd box

I hope your birds settle down soon mate, this cold snap won't help as it will put some birds off pairing up.

Cocks chasing like mad so should be ok well I hope so
