Vitamins
I am not a fan of vitamins and stuff out of bottles.
I still give them fresh vegetables chopped up in the blender every week, and they devour them. Fresh garlic and apple cider vinegar, and a bit of fish oil on the feed, along with lots of sunshine, they seem healthy enough.

It does goes to show though just how many different trains of thought there are as this man clearly advocates feeding Protein over Carbs which goes against the modern ideas !!
I have to say I do still feed a high protein diet.
