There are so many brands of racing feeds, what are you using? And do you think it is value for the money you are paying?

So if you go to the farm Buster, can you make your own mix up? If so you can make a mix that you know, it is the right mix for your birds.

My young birds are currently on a mix of ⅓ Gerry, ⅓ Maple Peas, and then ⅓ Barley!

But safe to say I have no idea!

Yb's are currently still on a very heavy feed due to darkness system. but in 2 weeks gonna switch to a 50/50 light and heavy mixture

The current racers are on a mixture of 3 feeds from mifuma relax, Top energy and power mix. earlier in the week lighter and heavyer towards the end including peeled sunflower seeds the last 2-3 days now that we are racing 280+ miles every week for the last 6 races

Can i ask you Leon? I have visited your lofts a while back. Do your Dad and yourself, make the mix feeds up together. Or is it yourself that does the feed plans?

I make the feeding plan all by myself for all of our birds atleats for the past 4 years. but since my uncle quit this year and we took over his loft next year me and my dad will have a little competition and each do our own since we are gonna have our own segment each for everything. Alot of things will change during the winter etc everyone will do their own thing but we are still racing as a team. You know the size of the lofts and since its 2 we will each have our own now and our own methods feeding etc but they will all be raced under the same name because at the end of the day we are still a team its just that we each wanna do our own feeding and other stuff

That is going to be some battle between both of you, you are both winners. And i know failure is not spoken about, so this future battle i am looking forward to seeing how things turn out.
