Will you change the food/quantity at all Neil to suit a bit more distance or does it stay the same?

Anything is possible Neil you just need to adapt with what you have in the loft right now, some years are better than other each year there's something different to tackle in your loft & in your thoughts.
Your more than capable Neil 1st 2 races have proved that your there or there about go with it m8.

Mike can I ask - I notice that you have recommended on a couple of ocassions for Neil to keep the birds going - is that for fitness purposes. Would a week off affect that fitness regime...

Thanks Mike - I get that now but I think if there was a bit of east in the wind Neil would be dead keen on sending anyway lol
