Iron sulphate, senna,medicated creosote.

Plenty of expensive Iron tonics on the market Neil. You could always put a rusty nail in the drinker like the old boys use to do.

Is that the iron tonic you buy with the senna in from the shops Anthony then mix it or is it a neat ingredient

I forgot all about medicated creosote
We use to put a couple of drops in the water when I raced before a couple times a week not thought of it ages
Think it was good for breathing aswell

No pal I have to cook it on stove it's a old south African man's brew that won everything racing .
