So you treated and they came through that looking ok then the same issue returned
If you didn’t breed say flew celibacy other than the lumps how would you go about detecting it . I have very little knowledge on this subject so very interesting for me

I treat each year after moult sometimes use vaccine afterwards or paracontrol boost
It's my worse fear in pigeons.

What would you use to treat bind with I have only use the Belgica product parastop mostly
I did try a liquid one last year but I can’t remember the brand now

Never know if it’s any good though

Following Yr 5 days baytril next 5 days baytril and amoxicillan mixed together.

I believe there's carriers and brew willow bark tea up put birds on it 5 days you see carriers after 2 days way they hold there wings ,,also vaccination with samo pt anything still with head in shoulders 24 hours later 100 percent carrier and wants removing ,,also birds standing on 1 foot and then they get a flight grow like a Xmas tree at top 100 percent parathyroid carriers there everywhere and raced all season drinking with these birds I make sure my team are kept right for following year ,,

Would I be right in saying this is one of the biggest problems encountered by pigeon fancier's. Mixed in race baskets & contact with lots of transferable diseases by water, food, all standing in waste droppings etc, can't be good maybe this is a silent killer of lost form in racing pigeons today undetectable with carriers on transporter, just my opinion.
Mine have had Salgen vaccine they have had 2 doses earlier just to try to build up some resistance/ antibodies, more peace of mind that I've tried to be proactive.

King I have little understanding of this what does Clear them ready for vaccination mean yet pre treating will do nothing to prevent ?
Does it mean it will treat the issues if they have it not not stop it ?

The vets say every loft as there carriers ,
My dad borrowed a hen was healthy in its own environment put in my dad's loft all he's got parathyroid yet this one looked OK then we found out that the man had parathyroid n streptococci previously years before so I won't take risks ever ,,iv bought birds in I gey gut instinct no matter cost there in ferret box ,,lads laugh come here u see the ferret main diet is pigeon
I ain't attached to pigeons there here to race ,
I see these lofts they say they never treat n never do this but they keep pigeons for years and do same thing Yr in Yr same results there birds go in other lofts do exactly same look good don't get sick but win very little,
My opinion find the snipers in the flock with parathyroid n cull them out straight away not keep them because they look ok n act ok .
