It's been a cold, mean, miserable day.
An early frost then fog made it dripping cold and wet, and a wind meant it was bitterly cold all day.

Rain overnight and windy, although not the storms that were forecast.
Dry but overcast this morning with a blustery North West wind, the sun is trying to break through.
