Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

Has anyone found a satisfactory way of using ETS with sliding doors.
I have sputniks fitted to my sliding doors but got wires going everywhere
I didnt think it through when I was setting up my loft and now its become a bit of a problem.

Thanks for that Dev. Not sure that would work mate.
I can keep the cables tidy up to that point but the problem is the cable up to the door with the connector on it that has to stretch when th door is closed and retract when its open. So I have a big loop inside the loft to allow for the movement.

Brilliant Murray - that is nothing short of genius!
That would make a very tidy solution because it would sit nicely within the 2 x2 frame of the loft.
I could also use Devos conduit idea to form the folding arms.
Thank you so much for taking the trouble to do those sketches, let alone working out the process.
Honestly mate, that is over and above anything I expected from a reply , not just in the content but in the lengths that you have gone to.
Really, very much appreciated.
