The BICC have announced today a new race program for channel racing. They are going to start on the 18th June with St Philbert, they are then going to have 2 more nationals and the complete international program. The 2nd race will be on 2nd July from Poitiers and finally St Philbert on the 16th July. Due to them needing a vet at all marking stations they are going to have just one marking station at Salisbury for the Nationals and Sudbury for the internationals.
I certainly won’t be registering or entering any of these this year at least. I think that the birdage will be low and the costs high. I am going to continue with my plan of flying North. I’m hoping that either the BBC & CSCFC decide to fly a north road program at least for a couple of years or a new North road national club is formed. I can’t see south road racing being viable as it is with the added costs of vets and loft visits.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

Yea stick with it, Andy.
You can't be changing the plan every 5 minutes, depending on what they are telling you this week.
As you say, the costs will be high, and it's a lot of travel.
All the best.
Greetings from the land down under. :D
