Thanks lads for your feedback, after the planning that was done to get youngsters for this OLR. It was always down to research, over a period of time, looking for the right breeder for my youngsters.
After great communication and a visit to the breeders loft, these youngsters have been selected to form the team. I think it is the only UK team, so time will tell how it goes. Its down to the youngsters now.
To show their own true ability, all being well through the stages of the next few months. Training and racing should give me the results.

I have been chasing down the pedigree for 6599 24 4051, The Cheq in the photo of the youngsters, it turns out to be from this pairing.

My team is in with the other birds for sure, so things are moving along. It's been a long winter planning for this OLR, but the sun is starting to shine.

I was just looking at the final race in 2023 for the young birds in German classic OLR, the winner was 7 hours 42 minutes on the wing. Over a distance of 410 km. which is 254.762 miles, i would say this was a hard race for the youngsters.
