At Littlehampton we have 9 members sent 169 birds to our first race, its 82miles for me, in the Federation we have 47 members sent 947 birds. The weather at the liberation site is good, they are looking at a 9.15 liberation.

The birds went up at 9.15 in a light North West wind, I thought the winners would be in by 10.30.
It was a decent steady first race although returns seem to be patchy with birds coming in all day. I'll post the full Federation result when I've got it, but it looks like the Federation Secretary Terry Pay takes the honours on 1856ypm and our very own Alan Still will take 2nd spot on 1845ypm, it shows how our birds get split with there being nearly 20 miles East to West between these two lofts.
Well done to all.
